가장 간편한 3단계가 Appetizer-Main-Desert 이고, 아래 12단계가 있지요.
생소한 단어는 “Hors d’oeuvre” & “Amuse-bouche” 인데, 넓게 보면 Appetizer의 종류로도 볼 수 있지만,
“Hors d’oeuvre” 는 주로 비스켓, 작은 빵 또는 채소 기반에 짭잘한 맛을 주는 스타일인 듯 하고,
“Amuse-bouche” 은 조금 달콤한 맛을 가진 스타일로 생각됩니다.
