이 약관은 투데이즈(2days.kr, 이하 “서비스”)가 제공하는 숏폼 영상 기반 상품·정보 소개 서비스의 이용 조건과 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용)
서비스는 화제가 되는 상품과 생활 정보를 숏폼 영상과 글로 소개하고, 관련 상품 정보로 연결되는 링크를 제공합니다. 영상은 TikTok 등 외부 플랫폼에 게시될 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 플랫폼의 약관과 커뮤니티 가이드라인이 함께 적용됩니다.
제3조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 서비스를 법령과 공서양속에 맞게 이용해야 합니다.
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 콘텐츠를 무단으로 복제·재배포해서는 안 됩니다.
제4조 (제휴 링크 고지)
서비스에는 제휴 마케팅 링크가 포함될 수 있으며, 이용자가 링크를 통해 구매할 경우 운영자가 소정의 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다. 이용자가 부담하는 가격에는 영향이 없습니다.
제5조 (면책)
서비스가 제공하는 정보는 참고용이며, 상품의 가격·재고·품질은 판매처에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 운영자는 외부 판매처에서 이루어지는 거래에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
제6조 (약관의 변경)
운영자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 공지합니다.
