2. 어떤 주장이 전적으로 사실이 아니게 하는 예외적인 것을 제외시켜 말할 때

except: 단호하게 말하는 느낌- 담배가 제외된 것이 의도적
except for: 단순히 제외된 느낌
결론 → 크게 구분없이 사용함
3. 두 번째 유형과 같지만 except that +문장
나는 내가 지금 사는 곳이 직장하고 조금 먼 것만 빼고는 아주 만족스러워.
