-잠자려는 목적이 아니고, 침대에 걸터앉았거나 했다가 나오는 경우에 the를 붙여요. 요즘 날씨가 추워지니 아침에 일어나기 힘들어요. 제가 요즘 자주 쓰는 표현이에요.

It’s really hard to get out of bed in the morning because it’s getting cold.
