한달 전에 주문한게 도착했어요

오늘 외울 문장입니다.

 It was a pair of pants that I had ordered almost a month back.

 I don’t buy clothes very often so I had totally forgotten about it until it arrived yesterday morning.

어제 택배를 하나 (배달) 받았어요. 거의 한 달 전에 주문해 놓은 바지였어요. 제가 옷을 자주 사는 편이 아니라서 어제 아침에 도착하기 전까지 완전히 잊고 있었어요.

I got a package delivered yesterday. It was a pair of pants that I had ordered almost a month back. I don’t buy clothes very often so I had totally forgotten about it until it arrived yesterday morning.

1. 어제 택배를 하나 (배달) 받았어요.

I got a package delivered yesterday.

= I received a package yesterday.

2. 거의 한 달전에 주문해 놓은 바지였어요.

 It was a pair of pants that I had ordered almost a month back.

모든 바지 종류는 복수형태로 씀

a pair of pants 바지 한켤레

*ago 현재 시점에서 얼만큼 전에

*back 과거 시점에서 얼만큼 전에

*a month ago 라고 하지 않은 이유는 어제를 기준으로 한 달 전을 이야기해야 하는 것이므로 a month back을 씀

-ago는 항상 지금이 기준임! 예를 들어서 한 달 전 시점에서 이야기를 하다가 그 시점에서 또 한 달 전 이야기를 할 때에는 반드시 back을 써야 함. 하지만 여기서는 하루이틀 차이이므로 ago를 써도 됨.

3. 제가 옷을 자주 사는 편이 아니라서

4. 어제 아침에 도착하기 전까지 완전히 잊고 있었어요.
