1. Arrange

– (깔끔하게 순서대로) 정리하다, 배열하다

– (비즈니스 상황) 준비하다, 마련하다, 계획하다, 주선하다 (Plan, organize)

Can you arrange the files? 파일을 정리해 줄 수 있어요?

<만약 고객이 호텔방을 원하는대로 해줄 수 있냐라고 물어볼 때>
Of course. We can arrange that for you.

그럼요, 그렇게 준비해 드리겠습니다.

*Arrangement (명사형)

*Make + 명사:  ~(명사)를 하다

*Make the arrangements 준비하다, 마련하다, 계획하다
I’ll make the arrangements. 제가 준비할게요.(복수형에 주의)

Can you make the arrangements? 준비해 줄 수 있어요?
It’s already arranged. 이미 준비해 놨어요.
=I already made the arrangements.

2. Accommodate

– 공간을 제공하다, 수용하다
– (비즈니스 상황) 편의를 도모하다, 부탁을 들어주다, 필요한 것을 제공해주다

But, as you’ll see, we can really accommodate almost any request.

보시면 아시겠지만 저희가 거의 모든 요청사항을 해결해 드릴 수 있습니다.

<고객의 제품 패키지를 이런 식으로 만들어 줄 수 있냐라는 질문에>
I’m sure we can accommodate that. 네 해드릴 수 있을 거예요.
I think I can accommodate that.

Of course. We’d be happy to accommodate.

3. Address

– (명사) 주소 → 발음에 주의 “애!드레스” vs “어드레!스”
– (동사) (비즈니스 상황, 격식체) 어려운 일, 문제 등을 다루다, 처리하다 = Deal with, handle

→ 발음에 주의 “ad-res 애!드레스” vs “uh-dres 어드레!스”

Then the person can identify the problem and address the issue.
To discuss how to address this problem.

This issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

이 문제를 최대한 빨리 처리해야 합니다.

We have matters that need to be addressed.
